    I purchased my ticket online, what do I do next? ?

    After purchasing a ticket online you will receive an email with a voucher. Print out that voucher and bring it with you to the check in point identified on the voucher.

    What is your cancellation policy??

    Client has the right to cancel the tour. If client cancels reservation / service purchased within 24 hours before the start of the tour, he / she is not entitled to a refund of the money paid for the tour.

    If client does not appear on the departure day of the tour (which had previously paid entirely), and did not announce the arrival (within 24 hours before departure), he / she is not entitled to a refund paid for the tour.

    Situations where:

    group (5 people or more) purchased any of our services and cancelled it in one of the following periods

    client books a daytrip/ private tour / rents a boat with skipper cancelled by himself in a following periods:

    • up to 30 days before departure Cvitanić d.o.o. retains 10% of the paid amount, and at least 100 kn
    • 29-15 days before departure Cvitanić d.o.o. retains 25% of the paid amount
    • 14-3 days before departure Cvitanić d.o.o. retains 40% of the paid amount
    • 2 -0 days before departure Cvitanić d.o.o. retains 100% of the paid amount

    Our tours are based on reservations and therefore notification of your absence must be as soon as possible in order to allow other guests to join the tour.


    Cvitanić d.o.o. reserves the right to change the route due to unfavorable sea conditions or of any weather conditions that could endanger passengers. Final decision is made by the captain / skipper for benefit of all passengers.

    Where can I purchase my ticket??

    Tickets can be purchased online on or you can come to our tourist agency office on Dosud 4 in Diocletian’s Palace in the city center of Split or to our selling point on the Riva seafront promenade.

    Where is a meeting point??

    In terms of meeting point of the tour, our guests should come to our downtown office (Dosud 4) at least 20 minutes before tour departure time.

    In addition to this, our guests that are accommodated in city center are able to be picked up and taken to their speedboat by our agency representative.

    We are staying outside of town, how can we get to our meeting point on time??

    Give us your address and we will arrange you a pick-up if possible or provide you with detailed directions.

    What should I wear or bring with me on the tour? ?

    Beach clothing and comfortable walking shoes are a good choice to wear. A camera, sunscreen, a towel and sunglasses are advised as well.

    Are there age or health restrictions? ?

    There are no restrictions in terms of age or health, although pregnant women, and any individuals suffering from injuries such as back and neck issues should reconsider if conditions are too rough on the sea.

    Does the tour still go out if it's raining? ?

    If the weather is deemed to be unsuitable then the tour will be cancelled in which case all guests will receive a 100% refund or the option of rescheduling.

    What is your maximum capacity onboard? ?

    Our maximum capacity onboard, depending on a type of speedboat is 10 to 14 people.

    In case there are not enough bookings, does the tour still go ahead??

    All the tours that are advertised are guaranteed to proceed regardless of bookings made. We do not cancel due to low bookings.

    What is included in the price of the tours??

    Snorkeling equipment, safety equipment and water/windproof jackets are provided for all guests. If you choose tour that goes to Blue Cave, the entrance fee is included in the price.

    What do you offer in the form of safety on the tours? ?

    Safety equipment is provided for all of our guests such as a lightweight lifejacket. In the event of accident or injury, insurance is included in the price of the tour. Your luggage on board is insured as well.

    Is there a pick up??

    We arrange free pick-ups for our guests within the areas spanning from Podstrana to Solin area. If you are making online reservation, please write us your accommodation address so we can organise the pick-up on time.

    Are there any extra charges??

    Do you have a discounts for children? ?

    Yes, we offer discounts for children. The discount depends on the age of the child and it is written next to the adult price.

    Where can I buy my ticket??

    Tickets can be purchased online on or you can come to our tourist agency office on Dosud 4 in Diocletian’s Palace in the city centre of Split or to our selling point on the Riva seafront promenade.

    What currency do you accept in a terms of payment??

    All services in Croatia are charged in Kuna (Croatian currency). You can exchange your currency in one of the many exchange offices or banks in the town.

    How long in advance should I make a reservation??

    In May or September you can make reservations minimum one day before the tour. In June, July and August 3-4 days in advance is recommended.

    If you want to reserve a private tour or it is a group of you that wants to go on an organized tour, please make a reservation at least 10 days in advance.

    Do you provide Pick Up and Drop Off for all your tours? ?

    Yes we provide pick-up and drop off for our tours to National Parks Plitvice Lakes and Krka waterfalls. Start point for our tours to National parks is in the walking distance from most major hotels and in this case transportation is not necessary.

    What vehicles do you use for your tours to National parks? ?

    Our fleet includes air conditioned vehicles, cars for up to three people, minivan for up to 8 people and mini bus for up to 15 persons.

    Where is meeting point for your tours??

    If your accommodation is in the town centre, the meeting point for National Park tours is at the western end of Split’s seafront promenade, near the fountain Trg Franje Tudjmana and St. Francis Church. For more details visit this link
